卷吸速度为任意方向的椭圆接触弹流润滑复合迭代解法

摘要: 在重载情况下,卷吸速度为任意方向的椭圆接触弹流润滑问题,目前尚无高效稳定的数值求解算法。针对这一难题,提出将复合迭代解法思想应用于此类问题的求解。建立此类问题Reynolds方程的离散格式,运用Gauss~Seidel迭代方法求解方程组,采用快速傅里叶变换(Fast Fourier transform, FFT)算法计算点接触弹性变形,最后得到卷吸速度为任意方向的椭圆接触弹流润滑问题的完全数值解,并分别对轻载和重载问题进行算例分析。结果表明:在轻载情况下,油膜分布与前人的研究成果具有很好的一致性;在重载条件下,该算法很成功地求解出卷吸速度为任意方向的椭圆接触弹流润滑问题,随着卷吸速度与椭圆短轴夹角的增大,中心膜厚和最小膜厚都将减小,油膜形状将由对称于x轴逐渐变成对称y轴。

Abstract: In over loading situation, research on effective and reliable numerical algorithm of entraining velocity vector that has oblique angles with the minor axis of Hertzian contact ellipse,which has no sufficient technique so far. In order to crack this hard nut, the semi-system approach is used, and discrete differential equation is set up. The Gauss-Seidel iteration method is used to solve the system of equations. The fast Fourier transform method is used to calculate the elastic deformation for point contact. The completely numerical solution is gotten and some typical examples are given under the light loading and overloading situation. The results show that, under the condition of light loading, oil film distribution is in accordance with previous research. And under the condition of overloading, the algorithm successfully calculates lubrication that entraining velocity vector which has oblique angles with the minor axis of Hertzian contact ellipse. The increased the angles between entraining velocity vector and the minor axis of Hertzian ellipse reduces central film thickness and minimum film thickness, the symmetry of film image from x-axis turns to y-axis.
