等寿命思想在销轴组设计中的应用方法研究

摘要: 销轴是工程机械中的重要连接零件,其磨损失效后直接影响作业效率和质量,甚至造成严重后果。由于销轴设计方法的考虑不周,工程机械中不同位置销轴的寿命往往不同,给维护和更换带来了较大不便。以ZL50系列装载机的销轴组作为研究对象,进行大量的样本观察,通过分析装载机销轴失效历程,发现磨粒磨损是造成销轴失效的主要原因;理论推导销轴磨粒磨损量的表达式,以销轴磨损量相等为边界条件,引入等寿命设计的思想,结合虚拟样机技术,提出一套装载机销轴组的等寿命设计方法。

Abstract: Pins are critical conjunction parts in construction machinery. Wear failure of pins may influence the efficiency and quality, even results in serious damage of construction machinery. Due to the deficiency of design method, pin life in different positions of wheel loader is always different, which greatly influence the maintenance and exchange of pins. A lot of pin samples have been observed to analyze the failure course of pins. It is found that abrasive wear is the main reason of pins failure. The theoretical model of abrasive wear is derived to predict the wear volume. Under the boundary condition of equal wear of pins, a new design methodology for equal life of pins is proposed by the aid of virtual prototyping technology.
