摘要: 针对加工机器受干扰事件影响导致单机调度难以顺利进行这一难题,运用干扰管理思想,通过结合行为科学中对人的行为感知的研究方法与运筹学中定量的研究手段,从客户、生产企业管理者和车间工人三个行为主体的角度,分析扰动对单机调度系统的影响;在前景理论的基础上,通过融合模糊理论,提出考虑行为主体的扰动度量方法;进而采用字典序多目标规划的方法,构建机器受扰的单机调度干扰管理模型,并采用改进的蚁群算法——混合蚁群算法对模型求解,实现对系统扰动的度量,从而以尽量小的扰动,尽快恢复调度系统的正常运行。实例结果表明,该方法比已有的解决不确定性问题的重调度方法更科学,能够均衡各方的利益,得到的干扰应对方案对系统的扰动更小。实际应用中,模型各目标的重要顺序可根据情况灵活调整,实用性更高。

Abstract: It is difficult to generate the new plan effectively for minimizing the negative impact when the machine disruption occurs in single machine scheduling. Based on disruption management, this research aims to improve the science of the decision making of disruption management in single machine scheduling by combining the behavioral perception in behavioral science with the quantitative analysis in operations research. At the beginning, the effects of disruption for the single machine scheduling system are analyzed from three aspects:the customer, manager and worker. Then, the method measuring the deviation which considers actors is proposed by combining the prospect theory and fuzzy theory. Furthermore, the multi-objective model of disruption management based on the lexicographic multiple goal programming is constructed and an improved ant colony optimization, namely hybrid ant colony optimization (HACO), is used to solve the model to obtain a new plan that minimizes the negative impact of disruption. The computational result proves that, due to the tradeoff between all parties involved in the single machine scheduling, our model which could balance the interests of all parties is more effective than existing rescheduling to solve uncertainty. In the practical application, the order of objectives can be flexibly adjusted according to actual situation.
