管流中椭球形沉降微粒团受力模型及受力分析

摘要: 沉降微粒再悬浮是柴油机排气微粒净化捕集及微粒采样过程中的一个重要现象。微粒团形态对沉降微粒团受力和再悬浮具有重要的影响。根据沉降微粒团再悬浮研究的需要,以管流中的柴油机排气沉降微粒为研究对象,在球形沉降微粒团再悬浮受力模型的基础上,结合椭球形微粒团的形态特征,建立椭球形沉降微粒团再悬浮静态受力模型;在此基础上,从微粒团再悬浮角度对椭球形沉降微粒团所受重力力矩、粘附力矩、碰撞力矩和曳力力矩进行分析,研究微粒团形态的变化对各作用力矩的影响。研究结果表明,微粒团形态对沉降微粒团受力具有重要影响。通过研究,得到微粒团形态变化对沉降微粒团所受力矩的影响规律。

Abstract: The reentrainment of the deposited particle aggregates is an important phenomenon in the process of trapping and sampling of diesel engine exhaust particles. The configuration of the deposited particle aggregates has important effect on the force acting on the aggregates and the reentrainment of the aggregates. The static force models of the ellipsoidal deposited particle aggregates are built up based on the models of the spherical aggregates and the characteristics of the ellipsoidal aggregates in order to satisfy the need of the reentrainment research of the deposited particle aggregates, and the force moments of gravity, adhesive force, collision force and aerodynamic drag force acting on the aggregates are analyzed based on the models. The analysis emphasis is the effect of the aggregates configuration on the force moment acting on the aggregates. The result shows that the configuration of the aggregates has important effect on the force moment acting on the aggregates in the pipe flow.
