摘要: 永磁无刷电动机以其高密度、高效率已成为电动轿车用驱动电动机的主流。针对车用工况对驱动电动机低速大转矩、高速恒功率宽调速以及低制造成本的要求,提出一种低成本、高性能永磁无刷电动机矢量控制方法。该方法在电动机起动和低速时,采用离散位置信号的矢量控制技术以保证可靠起动,高速时采用离散位置传感器获取连续位置信号的矢量控制技术以获得优越的高速性能。该方法在不增加永磁无刷电动机及其控制系统成本的前提下,克服方波电流换相控制弱磁调速范围窄的缺点,全面提高电动机在整个速度范围的性能。

Abstract: Permanent magnet brushless motor (PMBM) has been one of the main traction motors used in electric vehicle (EV). A vector control method with low cost and high performance is presented to meet the requirement of EV, such as high torque at low speed, wide adjustable speed range with constant output power at high speed. The method takes vector control of PMBM with discrete position signals at EV start and at low speed, and with continuous position signals at high speed. Without increasing the cost of PMBM and its control system, this method gets rid of the disadvantage of narrow field-weakening speed range for PMBM at high speed, and upgrades the performance of PMBM in the whole speed range
