“岩石模型”大型仪器库实现原理的研究

摘要: 自在《机械工程学报》2007年第7期第一次发表“岩石模型”概念这一创新思想以来,这一模型的研究取得较大进展。介绍“岩石模型”研究进展的情况,其中包括“岩石模型”大型仪器库的实现原理及关键技术,详细描述“岩石模型”内部“层间结构”的计算机表达;详细阐明虚拟仪器的智能开发系统模型和智能开发原理,智能开发系统模型的基本作用回路等,自动拼搭方案;分析大型仪器库的形成原理,基于刻面分类和知识发现的岩层管理及创建;介绍典型“岩层”仪器库的建立及初步应用。“岩石模型”从根本上改变仪器的设计、制造和使用模式。

Abstract: Since the innovative idea “rock model” was first published on 7th issue of this Journal in 2007, the research of “rock model” has made significant progress. In this paper, further study of realizing principles and key technologies of “rock model” large instrument repository is introduced. The computer expression of the “interlayer structure”, the intelligent development system model and the intelligent development principle of virtual instruments and the basic action loop of intelligent development system model are described in detail. And the scheme to realize automatic assembling of virtual instruments is discussed. The formation principle of large instrument repository, the rock management and founding based on faceted classification and knowledge discovery are analyzed. The establishment and initial application of typical “rock layer” instrument repository is introduced. The mode of design, manufacture and use of instruments is changed radically by “rock model”.
