摘要: 在分析零件功能和物理特性的基础上,应用模糊数学理论给出产品族模块单元规划准则的量化计算方法,建立产品族模块单元多目标规划优化模型。针对传统的目标加权法在模型求解中的不足,采用改进的强度Pareto进化算法(SPEA2+)对模块单元多目标规划问题进行优化求解,从而得到一系列基于Pareto解集的产品模块规划方案,并利用模糊集合理论的Pareto综合选优方法得到了产品模块多目标规划的最优方案。结合项目实施以缝纫机为应用实例,验证提出方法的有效性和适应性。

Abstract: Fuzzy evaluation theory is used to calculate the module planning principles based on the analysis of parts function and physical quality, and the multiobjective module planning optimization model is constructed. In view of the problem of traditional objective weighted method, an improved strength Pareto evolutionary algorithm (SPEA2+) is employed to optimize multi-objective module. As a result, a serial of module planning schemes are presented in the form of Pareto optimal set. Moreover, an approach based on fuzzy set theory is developed to extract one of the Pareto-optimal solutions as the best compromise one. A living example related with a project in the sewing machine industry is given to prove the feasibility and validity of the method.
