摘要: 针对实际装配环境下的产品公差分配优化问题,采用博弈决策理论解决不同公差分配方案下的产品质量与成本的设计冲突。将装配过程的质量要求与成本关系视为多目标优化问题,利用博弈理论调和与解决系统冲突的特点,通过建立博弈决策主体、效用函数以及各博弈方的策略归属分类,将质量和成本多目标优化问题转化为多目标博弈决策问题并建立相应优化模型,由博弈方之间的自然竞争与协同,推导出基于非合作博弈的纳什均衡优化解,保证装配产品在质量与成本两方面的综合得益最大化,从而改善国际上普遍采用的基于经验或知识决策方法的不足。该方法应用于车身装配总成的公差分配实例,通过与线性加权和法的计算结果进行比较,说明其有效性和工程应用的指导意义。

Abstract: A method of game decision-making analysis is proposed to solve the design conflict between quality and cost with different schemes on the problem of tolerance allocation optimization. First, the quality requirement and its relation with cost in the assembly process is regarded as a multi-object optimization problem. Then it is transferred to a game model through establishing the players, payoff functions and classifying the strategies according to the characteristics of reconciling the conflicts. Finally the Nash equilibrium based on non-cooperative game is given through automatic competition and cooperation of players so as to improve some limitation of previous common methods which depend on all kinds of experience or other subjective decision-making knowledge. This method is applied to an example of auto body sub-assembly. The result of game theory compared to the linear weighted sum analysis shows that the proposed method is effective and meaningful in engineering application.
