摘要: 提出一种非圆锥齿轮副传动的啮合分析方法。应用微分几何的曲面论定理,将非圆齿轮副传动的球面节曲线保测地曲率地映射到平面上,引入当量齿轮和当量节曲线的概念,将复杂的空间啮合问题简化成平面问题,给出齿形的设计计算方法。上述原理可以看成是圆锥齿轮传动经典分析方法——背锥原理向非圆锥齿轮传动的推广,借助该原理,非圆柱齿轮传动的设计与分析方法可以方便地移植利用。平面设计完成后,再采用相反程序,将平面齿形曲线保测地曲率地映射到球面上,生成空间三维齿廓。

Abstract: Based on the round trip mapping algorithm with preserved geodesic curvature between a sphere and a plane, a novel analysis method is presented for bevel gearing with variable ratio, which can be regarded as an extension of the well-known back-cone method for circular bevel gearing to noncircular ones. By means of it, the analysis method, the design principle and the manufacturing technique well used on noncircular spur gears can be reasonably transplanted to bevel gearing. A case study shows the effectiveness of the new method.
