摘要: 提出一种独立轮对柔性耦合径向转向架的新方案。通过理论分析推导出独立轮对柔性耦合径向转向架最佳耦合刚度的表达公式。通过仿真分析得知,只要耦合刚度选取合理,无论曲线半径和列车运行速度等外界条件如何变化,独立轮对柔性耦合径向转向架都会在二系悬架系统和柔性耦合机构的协同作用下自动把前后轮对调整到径向位置,说明独立轮对柔性耦合转向架面对复杂多变的外部环境具有很强的自适应径向调节能力。通过与独立轮对两轴转向架和独立轮对单轴转向架动力学性能的对比分析,发现独立轮对柔性耦合径向转向架具有十分突出的优势,说明该转向架具有非常大的开发利用潜质。

Abstract: A new scheme about flexible coupled radial bogie with independently rotating wheels is put forward. An expression about coupling stiffness of the flexible coupled radial bogie with independently rotating wheels is deduced by theoretic analysis. The simulation analysis shows that as long as the bogie’s coupled stiffness is selected correctly, whether external condition (curve radius and speed) changes, the leading and trailing wheelsets of the bogie can automatically run to radial location by the coordinated operation of the flexible coupled machine and the second suspension systems of the vehicle, which proves that the flexible coupled radial bogie surely takes on very good radial steering ability in complicated external condition. Comparing the flexible coupled radial bogie with the two-axle bogie and one-axle bogie, the dynamic performance of the flexible coupled radial bogie with independently rotating wheels is provided with prominent dominance of the three bogies, which shows that the flexible coupled radial bogie with independently rotating wheels possesses hugees exploitation potential.
