摘要: 嵌入式轨道在地铁中应用具有减振降噪、抑制波磨等优势,目前对嵌入式轨道的动力学性能有一定的认知,然而嵌入式轨道和普通轨道系统在动力学性能上的量化差异有待进一步探明。基于首次在我国某地铁铺设的嵌入式连续支承无砟轨道试验线,在相同条件下开展地铁列车-嵌入式轨道系统和地铁列车-普通轨道系统关键位置动态振动特性测试,对比分析列车通过嵌入式轨道和普通轨道的轨道固有振动特性差异、运行稳定性和平稳性差异、钢轨和车辆关键位置的振动特性差异,评价嵌入式轨道在地铁中的实际应用效果。研究成果为地铁嵌入式轨道的实际运用提供了依据和参考。

Abstract: The application of embedded track in metro has the advantages of vibration and noise reduction and corrugation reduction. At present, there is a certain understanding of the dynamic behaviour of the embedded track, but the quantitative difference between the embedded track and the common track needs to be further explored. Based on the first embedded track test line used in metro of China, the dynamic vibration characteristics of the metro train-embedded track system and metro train-common track system were tested in same conditions. The difference of the track natural vibration characteristics, the operating stability and stationarity, and vibration characteristics of key parts of the track and the vehicle between embedded track and common track is compared. Based on the difference analysis, the practical application effect of embedded track in metro is evaluated. The research results provide a basis and reference for the practical application of embedded subway track.
