复杂机械结构的参数化建模及模态分析

摘要: 利用特征建模技术和参数化建模技术建立某军用柴油机机体、曲轴、缸盖的三维实体模型,并组成机体+曲轴+缸盖的组合结构。采用动态子结构法建立机体+曲轴+缸盖组合结构的参数化实体模型,并对参数化实体模型进行有限元模态分析。无论是从理论角度还是试验角度都难以获得组合面间的刚度与阻尼特性,故采用虚拟材料来模拟结合面特性,反复修正虚拟材料的特性常数,使组合结构的有限元模态分析结果与试验结果吻合。对比结果显示,所建机体+曲轴+ 缸盖组合结构的参数化模型是正确的,这种参数化实体模型的建立可为下一步的动力学仿真研究奠定基础。

Abstract: 3D solid models of three elements of a military diesel engine, block, crankshaft and cylinder-head are built separately by using feature technology and parametric technology, and then assembled into combined structure model. The parametric solid model based on the combined structure model is built by using dynamic sub-structure method, and then analyzed its finite element mode. Virtual materials are introduced to simulate the stiffness and damping features of the joint surfaces among the three elements, for those features are difficult to obtain either theoretically or experimentally. Properties of the virtual materials are gradually modified until the finite element method modes results come consistent with the experimental ones. The contrast results show that the parametric model of the combined structure is correct and it can settle the foundation of the further research on the engine’s dynamic simulation.
