摘要: 针对应用于高速铁路客运专线建设的TLC900运梁车的关键部分——转向控制系统进行深入研究,阐述转向系统的工作原理,建立转向控制系统的数学模型。根据运梁车的转向原理及转向性能要求,采用分段PID控制策略,并在此基础上运用Matlab中的Simulink软件包对该系统进行动态特性数字仿真,现场试验结果与仿真结果的比较分析证明了该控制方法的可行性,为进一步改善运梁车的转向控制性能奠定了基础。

Abstract: Aimed at the key part for TLC900 transporting girder vehicle applied in constructing high-speed railroads, the operational principle of steering system is explained and the mathematical model of steering control is set up. Based on the steering theory and requirement of steering capability for transporting girder vehicle, the control policy of subsection PID is adopted. In this foundation, the Simulink software package of Matlab is utilized to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the system. Comparison and analysis of the test data and the simulation result to prove the feasibility of the method, which bene-fits to improve the control capability of steering system of the transporting girder vehicle more.
