机械压力机节能型气压式制动方式设计理论

摘要: 在分析现有机械压力机制动方式存在耗能耗材的不足基础上,提出机械压力机节能型气压式制动系统,并论述其工作原理。通过对机械压力机采用节能型气压式制动方式工作过程的分析,建立由气体的能量方程、流量连续方程、状态方程和制动气缸制动过程的动力学方程组成的数学模型。通过对节能型气压式制动气缸内气体热力学特性的分析,建立制动过程中制动力及制动功的计算公式。针对JH23-63型630 kN机械压力机,研制节能型气压式制动装置,并试验验证了该数学模型的正确性、实用性和可靠性。

Abstract: Based on analyzing the disadvantage of material- and energy-wasting brake system in current mechanical presses, an energy-saving pneumatic power brake mode for mechanical press is proposed and the working principle is discussed. By analyzing the working process of the energy-saving pneumatic power brake system, the gas energy equation, flow continuity equation, gas state equation and the cylinder braking dynamics equation are established. By analyzing the gas thermodynamic characteristics in brake cylinder with the energy-saving pneumatic power brake mode, calculation formulas of both braking force and power in braking process are obtained. An energy-saving pneumatic power brake device for 630 kN mechanical press JH23-63 is researched and developed, and the correctness, practicability and reliability of mathematic model are tested and validated.
