径向转向架机车垂向振动问题分析

摘要: 某C0—C0轴式机车的线路试验表明,一台新研制的机车遇到新的动力学问题——机车虽然具有很好的横向性能与曲线通过性能,但垂向振动加速度很大。针对这一特殊情况,通过频率分析法确定产生这一问题的原因,认为实测中出现的垂向振动加速度大的现象是一种长期以来铁路机车车辆可能都忽略的新的动力学现象——轮对纵向动力学,同时指出这也是导致机车非正常磨耗即踏面剥离的原因之一。

Abstract: A new problem is faced by a new developed loco- motive. Line test result of C0—C0 axle locomotive indicates that the locomotive has good lateral and curve negotiating performance, but its vertical vibration acceleration reaches a high level. However regular dynamic analysis shows that its dynamical performance should be very well. According to the special phenomena, detail dynamical calculation on this locomotive is carried out. The cause of the problem is found through fre-quency analysis. The special phenomenon of high vertical vibrate is caused by a new dynamics phenomenon that is ig-nored for a long time in railway vehicles researches. The new dynamics phenomenon is the longitudinal vibration of wheelset, and it is one of the important reasons of wheel treads abnormal wears, wheel treads spalling.
