深海浮游微生物浓缩保压取样技术

摘要: 为了获得具有原位特性的深海微生物,研制了一种具有高浓缩比和高保压性能的深海浮游微生物取样器。它采用微生物滤膜截留海水中的浮游微生物,通过深水泵过流大量海水实现在线浓缩取样;采用预充压力的蓄能器作为压力补偿器,对取样器采样筒压力进行实时补偿,实现深海浮游微生物的保压取样。分析了实现在线浓缩取样的关键技术,研究了蓄能器预充压力和采样筒保压效果的关系。模拟试验表明:采用过流技术可以实现浮游微生物在线浓缩取样;当取样水深为6 000 m,蓄能器预充压力大于25 Mpa时,获得的样品6 h内压力下降不超过原位压力的2%。深海试验(试验水深1 900 m)表明:采用蓄能器作为压力补偿器能可靠实现保压取样。

Abstract: A deep sea microbial sampler with concentrated and isobaric function is designed to get sample with original characters. When large quantity of sea water which driven by deep-sea pump passing through filter membrane, microbial will be captured. Pressure-retaining sample is realized with precharged accumulator. Key techniques of on-line concentrated sampling are analyzed and relations of accumulator precharge pressure and pressure-retaining results are studied. Practical experiments shows that with overflowing technique concentrated sampling can be realized, when sampling depth is 6 km and accumulator precharge pressure is great than 25 Mpa, pres and accumulator precharge pressure is great than 25 Mpa, pressure decrease of sample in 6 h is less than 2% compared with original pressure. Deep sea trial with depth of 1 900 m shows that using accumulator can realize isobaric sampling reliably.
