抗干涉齿轮集机构的分类方法

摘要: 抗干涉齿轮集(CMG)机构是一种主要用于要害系统的密码编码与鉴别机构,齿牙编码是其设计的核心。为了获得编码齿轮层数最少的优化设计,从编码特征的角度,研究了CMG机构的分类方法。应用早先提出的迷宫映射方法,依据迷宫映射图和解锁路径的特征,将CMG机构划分为三种类型。其中第二类CMG机构未见公开报道,具有可复位、可“误码立即锁定”和易编码等优点。建立的若干重要概念和分析方法,是理解CMG机构的结构、原理与设计的基础。

Abstract: Counter-meshing gears (CMG) mechanism is a discrimination mechanism mainly used in high consequence systems, and discrimination-teeth coding is its kernel design issue. To get optimum coding result with minimum gear levels, classification method of CMG mechanism is studied from the point of view of its coding characteristics. With pre-proposed maze mapping method, the CMG mechanism is classified as three types by maze attributes and unlocking-route topologies. The second type is novel, which can be reset, locks up immediately with any wrong code symbol, and easy to code. Some important concepts and analysis method are also presented, which are foundations to understand CMG’s structure, principle and design.
