高铝青铜Cu-14%Al-X合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀性能

摘要: 通过静态浸泡腐蚀试验、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等方法研究了一种新型高铝青铜合金Cu-14%Al-X在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性能及腐蚀行为。结果表明:在NaCl溶液中,Cu-14%Al-X合金有良好的耐蚀性能,当温度由20 ℃上升到80 ℃时,该材料的失重腐蚀速率由0.032 4 mm/a增加到了0.131 2 mm/a;合金中的(α+γ2)共析相和β’相、α相、K相相比,具有优先腐蚀倾向。腐蚀后试样表面Al、Mn元素的含量明显下降,Cu的含量明显增加,可见,合金发生的主要是脱铝腐蚀。

Abstract: The corrosion resistance and behavior of Cu-14%Al- X bronze in 3.5% NaCl solution has been investigated by using static immersing corrosion test, X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results indicated that the corrosion resistance of Cu-14%Al-X is perfect in 3.5% NaCl solution. With the temperature increases from 20 ℃ to 80 ℃, the corrosion rate rises from 0.032 4 mm/a to 0.131 2 mm/a. (a +g 2) phase suffers a dealuminization attack superior to b¢ phase,a phase and K phase. After corrosion, the contents of Al and Mn reduce obviously, while the content of Cu increases, which showed that the high Al-bronze suffers dealuminization corrosion.
