客车耐撞性结构优化设计

摘要: 以计算机仿真为主,对客车正面碰撞结构优化设计技术进行了探讨。通过研究车身前地板处碰撞减加速度时间历程与客车耐撞性结构间的相关关系,来指导对客车耐撞性结构的修改,使最大减加速度的峰值降到满意的程度。样车实车碰撞试验表明,优化后客车耐撞性结构在吸能段长度、吸能数量、吸能平稳性、吸能时间和吸能量百分比等方面均较原结构有所改善,假人各伤害指标有明显下降。

Abstract: Mainly concentrated on computer simulation and evaluated the crashworthiness performance according to full size prototype test, the structure optimization technique in mini car crashworthiness design is discussed. By computer simula- tion and investigating the relationship between the front floor deceleration and the structure of the front end of members, some measurements are actualized on energy absorption struct- ures, and the peak value of the deceleration is decreased to satisfying value. The test shows that the crashworthiness impro- ves dramatically in energy absorption length, quantity, stability, time and proportion, and the damage level of the dummy decreases considerably.
