摘要: 精确的发动机动态模型是制定换挡规律并实现车辆动力传动系统最佳匹配的基础。采用神经网络辨识的方法建立发动机动态转矩和油耗模型;并在此基础上提出基于该模型的动态三参数换挡规律计算方法。该方法在AMT样车开发中的应用表明:与两参数换挡规律相比,基于神经网络发动机模型的动态三参数换挡规律可使自动变速汽车具有更好的动力性和燃油经济性。

Abstract: Precise dynamic model of engine is the foundation of making shift schedule and realizing optimal match of vehicle powertrain. The dynamic torque and fuel consumption models of engine are built through neural network identification. Based on that, a calculating method of dynamic shift schedule with 3-paramters is put forward. The application in AMT test vehicle shows that the dynamic shift schedule with 3-parameter based on neural network model of engine is superior to the shift schedule with 2-parameter in dynamic performance and fuel economy.
