大型护环热成形新技术的开发

摘要: 针对大型高锰高氮钢护环自由锻时容易开裂、工艺过程冗长、可控性差、组织性能不均匀以及环坯强度较低等问题,结合现实生产条件研究开发了坯料包套模内冲挤、分步扩挤复合成形等系列省力热成形新技术,进行了热力学模拟、计算机数值模拟、试验设计和工程设计,并获得护环锻造全面系统的信息及数据。该技术现已被付诸实际生产应用。

Abstract: In accordance with defects of cracking, long processes, poor controllabiitiy, uneven structure properties during open-die forging processes for highMn-N alloy steel heavy retaining ring forging, a new saving force technology is developed by considering the practice. The punching-extruding, expanding-extruding complex hot forming of two punches with an outer ring is included in this technology. And the new technology is studied with both thermomechanical, numerical simulation, and test engineering design. Comphrehensive and systematic data of retaining ring forging are obtained. The technology is put into practice.
