摘要: 根据试验得出的Bingham塑性流体模型的模型参数, 建立了磁流变液切应力的误差函数,利用多参数优化理论和数据拟合方法对Eyring本构模型的参数进行辨识。建立了基于Eyring模型的环状混合准稳态流动方程,得出了磁流变液在环形通道中流动的速度分布函数。在给定活塞速度和环形通道的几何尺寸条件下,对混合工作模式的汽车磁流变液阻尼器产生的阻尼力进行理论预测研究。按照长安之星微型汽车前悬架的技术要求,设计和制作了微型汽车磁流变液阻尼器,并对此进行了试验测试,试验结果表明:应用所提出的理论分析方法预测磁流变液阻尼器的特性是可行的。

Abstract: According to the Bingham model parameters from experiment in laboratory, the Eyring constitutive model parame- ters are identified via optimization of the error function of shear stress depicted by the Bingham model and Eyring model and data curve fitting. The flow equations for magnetorheological (MR) fluids in annular channel are theoretically set up using Eyring constitutive model and velocity profile of MR fluids though annular channel is obtained. The methodologies for calculating damping force are developed. If piston velocity and annular channel geometrical parameters are given, damping performances are predicated in order to determine design parameters. In the light of technical requirements for front suspension of Chanan star minibus, a MR fluid damper, which is designed and fabricated according to design method presented, has tested by electro-hydraulic servo vibrator and it’s control system in National Center for Test and Supervision of Coach Quality. The experimental results reveal that the analysis methodology and design theory are reasonable.
