摘要: 给出了考虑离心力作用时的叶片近壁表面固液两相流体粘性流动的分析方法,以实泵为例从理论上分析和阐述了叶片形状对流体的动力特性的影响,并通过对比试验对其进行了验证。明确了这种影响主要体现在三个方面,即泵的水力效率及其动力性能和理论扬程。同时给出了叶片型线的优劣评价依据和如何实现或获得一条合理叶片型线的方法。所得结论对离心式固液两相流泵叶片型线的选型和设计具有指导意义。

Abstract: In consideration of the action of centrifugal force, a method to analyze solid liquid two-phase fluid viscous flow on vane surface is given. As an example of real pump, the influence of vane curve on dynamic properties is analyzed and explained in theory, and is proved by contrast tests. It is clear that the influence has mainly three aspects, hydraulic efficiency, dynamic properties and theoretical delivery lift. The results give evaluated evidence of vane curve and require a method of rational vane curve. The conclusion has direct significance to typify and design of vane curve of solid liquid two-phase flow centrifugal pump in lower rotating rate.
