摘要: 提出了一种新颖的涡旋压缩机型线生成方法——法向等距线法,论证了型线的生成原理,推导出了涡旋型线的一般方程形式。详细讨论了母线类型与涡旋型线的关系,总结了法向等距线法相对于展成法的优点,阐述了构成涡旋型线的母线所必须满足的基本条件。给出了一套对称型压缩腔的通用容积计算公式和气体载荷计算公式。法向等距线法和上述公式适用于涡旋压缩机的型线设计及其性能优化。

Abstract: A new method named nomal-equidistant-curve method is presented to generate profile for scroll compressor. Theorem for generating profile is demonstrated. General equation describing geometry of scroll is given. The relationship between type of generatrix and profile of scroll is discussed in detail. Advantages of nomal-equidistant-curve method versus traditional generating method are summarized. The basic re-quirements that generatrix of profiles should meet are expli-cated. A set of formulas for calculating volume of symmetric compression chamber and gas forces in it is offered. The no-mal-equidistant-curve method and above formulas could be applied in scroll compressor design and its performance opti-mization.
