摘要: 提出了利用压电陶瓷的微位移特性在细胞药物注射时实现药液量微量控制的方法,建立了注射用玻璃微针在细胞注射时临界喷射状态的几何条件及能量条件,分析并评价了压力变化时腔体刚度及整个装置中密封及阀等器件对药液定量注射的影响。确立了该装置在实用状态下的定量注射操作规程。

Abstract: The method of the liquid medicine dosage control in cell medicine injuction is summarized. The geometry and energy condition in the state of the critical liquid medicine ejection used in micro glass pipetee are established. The effects about the cavity rigidity and leak is analyzed and estimated in the place of encapsulant and valve. The fix quantify operate regulation is produced in cell microinjection.
