摘要: 提出一种新的BOM构造方法,采用简单的线性运算即可方便地实现BOM数据的反查、分解和组合等操作,解决了常规遍历算法复杂、效率低等问题。给出了BOM信息系统的组件框架,并成功封装了BOM算法组件,最终实现了一个基于新的构造方法的组件化BOM信息系统,提高了BOM系统的重用性和易维护性,交付用户使用,效果良好。

Abstract: A new BOM (Bill of materials) data structure is designed. With this method, the retriever, decomposition and assembly operations are easily realized by using simple linear arithmetic operators. The common operations of BOM algorithm, which are difficult for ransacking algorithm due to the complicacy and low efficiency, are solved. Then component–based frameworks for BOM information system are discussed, and the BOM algorithm component is encapsulated well. Finally a BOM information system based on component is developed successfully adopting the data structure, which improves its reusability and maintenance. Running results in a Chinese enterprise show that the metod is powerful and effective.
