摘要: 通过有限元分析研究了螺旋传动结构中酚醛树脂螺母的受力特征,得到了它在传动受力时各部分的变形、应力分布曲线。结果表明整个螺母螺牙上载荷分布非常不均匀,螺纹出口处受力最大,但结构却最薄弱,因此此处最危险。通过优化找到了一种合理结构,此结构能够使螺母螺牙载荷分布较为合理,减小最薄弱部分承受的载荷。

Abstract: The loading feather of phenolic resin nut used in structure of spiral driver is researched by finite element method. And the curve of deformation and stress of the nut is gained. It shows the loading of the whole screw thread is not equal. The last screw thread of the nut is not full and the load on it is the highest, so it is the most dangerous place. Then a reasonable structure is obtained. The loading of the screw thread in this structure is reasonable and the loading at the most dangerous place is decreased obviously.
