摘要: 在红外热像技术检测、剩余寿命预测理论和自行研制的炉管在线剩余寿命评估系统的基础上,通过对常压加热炉管表面温度场的连续红外热像检测,快速、准确地在线测量了炉管工作温度。结合炉管运行史数据,利用拉森一米勒和腐蚀损伤的剩余寿命估算模型,对加热炉炉管的工作状态进行了在线评估和诊断,提供了判断炉管检修与更换的科学依据,具有广泛的工程实用性。

Abstract: The work focuses on the life prediction of atmospheric heater tubes. Temperature information of tubes had been acquired by infrared inspection method online measurement with speediness and accuracy, and the temperature values was obtained from these images by using software of infrared image, which was programmed by our research group. On the basis of infrared image technology, remaining life prediction theory and a software system predicting remaining life of heater tubers online, with the temperature and other operation data of heater tubers, the state and remaining life of the tubes is assessed and analyzed by accumulated tube damage method using Lar-son-miller creep model. The results showed that the temperature of tubes in current operating condition is normal. The research provided scientific data for deciding repair or replacement of tubes. The kind of life prediction technique had wide engineering practicality.
