棒材拉拔问题的弹塑性无网格法分析

摘要: 建立了一种基于初始构形及热力学第二定律的有限变形的弹塑性本构关系,并由空间描述的Galerkin能量弱变分原理,经一致转换得一整体拉格朗日方程描述下的平衡方程。同时经线性化处理给出了显示中心差分法求解格式,以棒材通过锥形模的拉拔成形为例,对拉拔成形中的材料特性参数、减缩率、拉模锥角、摩擦和拉拔力相互作用以及回弹量等进行了全面的EFG法数值模拟,从而证明了有限变形弹塑性EFG法对实际金属塑性成形工艺分析、优化及设计的有效性。

Abstract: A hyperelastic-plastic constitutive relation is established based on initial configuration and the second law of thermal dynamics. Total Lagrange equilibrium equations are derived through consistent transformation of the special weak equilibrium equations, after which the central difference method solution formulas of the nonlinear equilibrium equations are given by consisted linearization. An overall meshless method simulation on conical die rods drawing process is performed. These have justified the effectiveness of the finite deformation elastic-plastic meshless method in the properties of materials, reduction ratio, die angle, the frictional coefficient and analysis on unloading rebound of final products
