带式输送机动力学及其计算机仿真的研究

摘要: 针对大型带式输送机动态设计问题,建立了起动和停机过程的动力学模型,其特点是综合考虑了阻力的作用、输送带为粘弹性、拉紧装置分为2自由度。讨论了停机方式和计算方式的关系。提出了一种梯形加速度起动曲线。以多驱动带式输送机系统为对象,采用跟踪控制方法建立了控制起动、停机过程的动态分析算法。开发了动态设计软件BCD.20,通过对实际系统的仿真,证明了算法和软件的正确性;得出控制起动方式输送机有较好的受力状态,不同的停机方式输送带的张力分布是不同的等结论。

Abstract: The kinetic model of starting and stopping processes is established to study on the dynamic design question of the large belt conveyor. The resistance action is comprehensively considered the belt is visco elastic and the take-up pull has two freedoms in the kinetic model. The relation between the stopping mode and the calculation mode is discussed. And a kind acceleration starting curve with trapezoid is put forward. Studying the multi-drive belt conveyor system, dynamic analysis algorithms of the control starting and the stopping process has established adopting the following up control method. Then the dynamic design software BCD.20 is developed. Simulation of the actual system proved the correctness of the algorithm and software mentioned above, control of starting mode, stress state appears and the different stopping modes produce the different belt tension distributions.
