摘要: 采用切点跟踪磨削法加工曲轴类零件时,曲轴的刚度误差是造成加工误差和影响磨削效率进一步提高的主要原因之一。为了采取恰当的误差补偿策略来减小或消除刚度误差的不利影响,分析了切点跟踪磨削法磨削曲轴连杆颈时曲轴不同方向上的弹性位移对加工精度的影响规律,并由此建立了曲轴刚度误差补偿的数学模型;同时给出了测定磨削过程中曲轴弹性变形量的一般方法。

Abstract: In the new grinding method of tangential point tracing grinding, the machining error caused by the elasticity displacement of crankshaft because of it’s poor rigidity is one of the most important causes affecting grinding precision and machining efficiency. To compensate this error, the crankshaft’s stiffness error is analyzed when using the method of tangential point tracing grinding in the machining of the connecting rod of crankshaft. On the base of the analysis above, a mathematical model of stiffness-error compensation of crankshaft is established. At the same time, the general method of calculating the elasticity displacement of crankshaft in the process of grinding is proposed as well.
