摘要: 应用弹性流体动力润滑理论,分析了模数、齿数等参数对齿轮副润滑性能的影响。在齿轮传动优化设计中,通过协调弹流效应和重量最轻建立了齿轮传动多目标优化的数学模型。采用遗传算法求解含连续及离散变量的优化设计问题,并用神经网络建立计算中各种曲线的插值模型。该系统发挥了神经网络与遗传算法各自的特点,数值例子表明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: The influence of gear parameters on its lubrication effect is studied by the theory of elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication (EHL). The mathematical model of optimizing gear transmission is established by coordinating the objectives of minimizing volume and maximizing the film thickness ratio. The model consists of continuous and discrete arguments and is solved by genetic algorithm. Artificial neural network is used to simulate different curves. The system combines the advantages of genetic algorithm and artificial neural network. Numerical examples demonstrate its effectiveness.
