摘要: 提出了一种新型的气动位置控制系统,它主要由小型空压机、ON/OFF电磁阀和气缸组成。通过直接驱动小型空压机和ON/OFF电磁阀来实现气缸的位置和速度控制。叙述了该小型空压机的结构组成、工作原理及特点。通过试验验证了该气动位置控制系统的有效性。

Abstract: A new kind of pneumatic position control system is proposed. The system mainly consists of a miniature air compressor, an ON/OFF solenoid valve and a cylinder. The position of the cylinder can be controlled by directly driving the miniature air compressor. The structure, working principle and experimental characteristics of the developed compressor are described. The validity of this system is confirmed through experiments.
