精密离心机在线自动卸荷方法的研究

摘要: 为了减小作用在大臂上的离心力及减小外环轴姿态角误差,设计了由卸荷小车、“鸟笼”、4个拉杆、上齿盘、下齿盘及8个力传感器构成的离心机卸荷系统。根据8个力传感器的信息,移动卸荷平衡块,实现卸荷平衡及保持齿盘啮合力为常值。卸荷小车随离心机转速的增加沿离心力方向自动移动,小车的离心力与“鸟笼”的离心力相等,并且只作用在拉杆上,而不作用在大臂上,实现对大臂的自动卸荷。应用计算机从数据采集、处理到控制卸荷平衡执行机构,实现了精密离心机高精度的在线自动卸荷。

Abstract: In order to reduce the centrifugal force affecting the big arm and decrease outer axis attitude error, the unloading system of the precision centrifuge is designed. This system comprises one loading vehicle instrument, “birdcage”, four draw bars, the upper indexing table, the lower indexing table and eight force sensors. According to the messages from the eight force sensors, unloading balance block is moved to realize unloading balance and to keep the engagement force of indexing table as a constant. The vehicle instrument moved automatically along the direction of centrifugal force when the centrifuge speeded up. The centrifugal forces of the vehicle instrument and the “birdcage” are same, and they only affect the draw bars instead of the big arm. So auto-unloading of the big arm is realized. By using computer, the data processing, acquisition and controlling the mechanism of unloading balance system, and the high precision on-line auto-unloading is realized.
