摘要: 当前产品设计领域中,如何有效组织和处理包括数值与知识的复杂信息的动态传递和转化是成本建模研究的关键问题。提出了成本基因模型的概念及其表达方法,提出了基于基因复制、基因转录和基因转译等工程原理的信息传递和转化表达新方法。利用基因的自组织性、遗传性和转换性等实现了数值与知识组合建模,研究了支持设计单阶段的产品成本基因建模,并依此提出了支持产品设计全过程的成本基因建模框架,开发了相应的软件并在工程应用中得到成功验证,实现了建模过程的高效性、可靠性和通用性。

Abstract: The complexity and expansibility of cost information are the key problem of the researches on cost modeling in the field of product design. Based on gene engineering,the conception of cost gene model is provided,and cost information functions including information heredity,information copy,information transcrible,information translation studied carefully based on gene function,the questions on information complexity of cost modeling are resolved well,product cost intellectualized modeling is realized successfully. According to this research,a relative software called product cost gene modeling platform (PCGMP) is developed and proved by the example of an excavator boom,the efficiency,reliability and flexibility of product cost modeling are realized compared with formerly researches. The software CGMS has a good commercial foreground as a tool for cost decision supporting system which is provided for product designers.
