摘要: 提出了系统功能分层策略和组件建库与调用机理,采用重新定义问题和部分解的方法,从系统功能定义入手,将最初问题分解成按照功能定义的部分问题,以此形成的空间与组件解空间进行耦合,寻找满足功能需求的最初问题解。在布料系统的概念设计上用此机制验证了设计过程的自动性和方法的有效性。

Abstract: The strategy of hierarchy in relative to the system function and the mechanisms of building and transferring component base are produced as well as the methods of recursive problem and solution redefinition are adopted, beginning with defining systematic function , the spaces that initial problem is decomposed to be existing ones in terms of function definition are established ,which coupling with the resolutions of components in order to search for the initial problem solutions satisfying function requirement. The strategy is applied to the filling material system’s conceptual design to verify its automaticity and validity.
