摘要: 在ANSI Y14.5.1M—1994的基础上,建立了圆柱要素形状公差的数学模型。首先采用矢量方程的形式严格定义国标中采用图形与文字形式所定义的公差,然后,应用公差数学定义理论建立公差带,最后在公差带约束下进一步建立了公差带坐标系各自由度变量的变动范围。由此所建立的公差数学模型可以对公差语义作出完整、准确的解释,从而消除公差语义的二义性。

Abstract: Mathematical model of form tolerance for cylindrical feature is established first, based on the mathematical definition of form tolerance in ANSI Y14.5.1M-1994, each tolerance in national standard is established by vector equation. Then in the foundation of tolerance mathematical definition theory, each tolerance zone’s mathematical model is established by inequality based on degrees of feature.
