摘要: 对虚拟现实(Virtual reality, VR)环境下的产品装配规划进行了研究,分析了系统的功能结构,建立了系统的面向对象的UML(Unified modeling language,统一建模语言)模型,给出了虚拟环境下装配约束关系的识别方法,实现了零部件基于约束的三维空间运动,建立了原型系统,为虚拟环境下的装配工艺规划奠定了基础。

Abstract: The virtual assembly planning (VAP) in virtual environment is researched. The system architecture is analyzed, its object-oriented UML (United modeling language) model is established, and the method of how to identify assembly constraint relations in the virtual environment is proposed, then method to constrain components’ 3D spatial movement under the constraint relations is realized. Based on these, a prototype system is established. Thus, a good background for the further research of VAP is established.
