摘要: 提出了一种确定多盘转子系统碰摩位置的方法。这种方法基于声发射传感器的采样数据,并用小波包分解对数据作进一步处理,然后用互相关的方法得到结果。声发射方法经常用来发现缺陷并确定缺陷的位置,但是由于转子系统的碰摩是一种非常复杂的情况,所以很难利用通常的方法来确定碰摩位置。首先用小波包将信号分解到不同的频段上,然后再对分解后的信号分别用互相关方法,并进行比较相关系数来确定碰摩点位置。文中给出了仿真信号与试验数据的处理结果。

Abstract: A method to detect the rub location in a rotor-bearing system is presented. This method is based on the data sampled by acoustic emission (AE) sensors, which are placed at different bearing support positions. Usually the point where rubbing occurs cannot be detected using the method of cross-correlation directly to the data, due to the complex situation of rub. Through wavelet analysis, signals are decomposed into a series of time-domain signals, each of which covers a specific octave frequency band. Then the method of cross-correlation is applied to the decomposed signals to detect the rub location. The method is found very effective based on both the simulation and experimental data.
