摘要: 通过硬质颗粒弥散,提高了Si3N4基和Ti(CN)基陶瓷的硬度和切削能力,解决了一系列超硬难加工材料的加工问题。新型陶瓷刀具在工业泵、轧辊、矿山机械、轴承和汽车等领域中得到了应用,提高了生产效率,降低了加工成本,促进了机械加工工艺的改革,并带来很大的社会经济效益。

Abstract: The hardness and cutting performance of Si3N4-based and Ti(CN) based ceramic tools are enhanced by dispersion of hard particles.Compared with the cemented carbide tool,their cutting life is about 5~15 times longer,the optimum cutting speed is 3~10 times faster.They can not only do rough and finish machining of various superhard materials,but also do some machining with great shock load,such as milling,planning,interrupted cutting. A series cutting jobs,which are extremely difficult,are achieved by using the new composite ceramic tools. Application and popularization of the new ceramic cutting tools and cutting technique will reform the metal machining process,and will save a large amount of energy and valuable metal,and will bring economic benefit for society.
