摘要: 通过对双辊铸轧薄带钢工艺中侧封技术的研究,分析了侧封板产生损耗和破碎的原因,并采用两种侧封板结构整体式和组合式进行了试验研究;试验证明组合式侧封板对提高铸轧过程稳定性和改善侧封板的使用寿命具有良好效果。通过不同钢种的薄带铸轧试验对侧封板的腐蚀情况进行了研究,同时采用了不同材质耐火材料制作的侧封板进行了对比分析,得出氧化锆质侧封板综合性能最好。采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,分析了侧封板在铸轧过程中温度场和热应力场,由此解释侧封板产生裂纹的原因。

Abstract: The side dam technology of the twin-roll strip casting is discussed. The cause of the abrade wear and crack of the side dam are analyzed, and two type structure of side dam such as integral type and combined type were taken into experience. The results showed that the combined type of side dam is good to improve the process stability and prolong the op-erating life. The corrosion of the side dam in difference steel grade is investigated, and difference kinds of refractory are checked in the experience, in conclude, the zirconium oxide side dam is the best material in combination property to fit for the strip casting compared with the different refractory. Using the ANSYS finite element analysis software, thermal analysis and thermal stress analysis of side dam in the strip casting process are carried out to explain the cause of side dam cracking.
