Abstract: A quantificational analysis technique is presented for classification codes of machine parts. The mathematics models are established to describe the distribution, equilibrium, independence of code value and the relative distribution, degree of association between two codes. Data come from experimentation compose a sample. Every performance value of the sample data is calculated with the mathematics models. The performance values reflect the whole and local status of the sample.
