摘要: 在引入行为信息的基础上,对Freeman-Newell模型进行了改进,建立了基于功能和行为的载体认知模型,描述了设计过程中单元求解过程;基于该载体认知模型构造了概念设计过程模型-概念空间;采用布尔矢量/矩阵对概念空间中设计元素之间的关系进行了描述,使之便于计算机的表达和操作,在此基础上,给出了概念设计过程的形式化描述。最后以工业平缝机为例对所述模型和方法进行了说明。

Abstract: Freeman-Newell model is improved by introducing behavior information. A structure cognitive model based on function and behavior is constructed to describe an elementary problem-solving process. Concept space,the model for describing conceptual design process,is set up based on the proposed structure cognitive model. The relationship between design elements in concept space is represented by Boolean vectors/matrices to make it readily manipulated by computers,and the formalization of conceptual design process is presented. The conceptual design of an industry sewing machine is used as a case study to illustrate the proposed model and approach.
