摘要: 提出了一种基于特征的、通用的功能表达模型。通过对生物基因工程与产品原理方案设计的系统类比,引出产品原理方案设计中的信息遗传基础“产品基因”的概念,提出了“产品基因”的“转录”、“翻译”、“复制”以及“逆转录”机理,揭示了产品基因在功能设计与原理方案设计之间的桥梁作用。建立了基于产品基因遗传和重组的概念设计框架,并以一种新型硬币分离装置的原理方案设计为例进行验证。结果表明,该框架显然有助于产品概念设计阶段的原理创新。

Abstract: A generic functional model based on feature is proposed. The genetic information foundation of principle conceptual design— “product gene” is proposed after a systematic study of the similarities between principle conceptual design and genetic engineering. Product gene’s working mechanisms of “transcription”, “translation”, “copy” and “reverse transcription” are also proposed, which disclose that product gene is a bridge across functional design and principle conceptual design. Referring to genetic engineering, a new methodology of conceptual design based on the inheritance and reorganization of product genes is proposed. The conceptual design of a new mechanical device for separating coins is given as an example, which demonstrates that the methodology is obviously helpful for product principle innovation in conceptual design.
