摘要: 针对LD10CS铝合金电磁搅拌焊接过程,采用有限元数值分析方法,对电磁搅拌外加磁场分布进行了研究与分析,讨论了铁心媒质、线圈位置等因素对外加磁场分布及其均匀性的影响,并在充分考虑焊炬结构的同时,根据磁场分布均匀性依据,对电磁搅拌焊接过程励磁线圈进行了工程设计,获得了较好焊接的效果,为电磁搅拌焊接生产提供了良好的指导。

Abstract: The external longitudinal magnetic field of LD10CS aluminum alloy in EMS welding is calculated by FEM. The effects of the many factors (e . g . iron-core medium, mounting position etc) of the external magnetic field in EMS welding are discussed. On the basis of uniformity rule of external magnetic field, the single axisymmetrical coil is designed.
