摘要: 滚道控制理论用于求解滚动体姿态角,该理论存在着一些不足,基于这一理论,人们对姿态角并不能得到一个清晰的认识。通过对球轴承滚动体平衡条件的分析,建立了新的姿态角计算方法,与滚道控制理论相比,新的方法能够适用于高、中、低各种转速,由于源于力学分析,因而计算比较合理,举出的算例有助于人们对姿态角这一原本较难处理的动力学参数有一个较全面的了解。

Abstract: The raceway control assumption is used to determine the rolling element attitude angle in ball bearings. There are some problems in it. A clear understanding of the attitude angle cannot be obtained according to this theory. Analyzing the equilibrium of the rolling element, a new method of calculating the attitude angle is established. As contrasted with the raceway control assumption, the new method can be applicable to all kinds of speeds and is relative reasonable because it is based upon mechanical analysis. A calculation example is helpful to understanding the attitude angle well, which was difficulty to deal with.
