匀速、变速传动中新齿形的研究

摘要: 在生产实际中。冶金厂烧结机台车在变速运动中工作,产生极大内力,设备提前报废,所以需要匀速运动。为了实现台车直线匀速和变速有序的逻辑运动,采用滚子和齿形传动的组合,可以将齿形设计成匀速齿、加速齿、复合齿来实现匀、变速逻辑运动。给出了匀速齿形方程、加速齿形方程、复合齿形方程以及图形的绘制。已在计算机上模拟实现了各种齿形及运动,并且已应用在中国燕山大学烧结机模型传动中。

Abstract: The uniform motion should be required in production while there is an accelerative motion, for instance, the loop wheel machine in a sintering plant moves at an accelerating speed, which produces a great endogenetic force, and as a result it shortens the life of the equipment. Now, a sprocket with a new kind of tooth shapes is developed so as to achieve both linear speeding up and uniform motion in roller and sprocket drive. Each tooth has its different shape and function, according to which the tooth shapes can be divided into uniform one, accelerating one and compound one. The drawing and the equation for different kinds of shapes of the teeth are presented. This research is simulated on the computer and all the expected results are achieved successfully. It is applied in the model of the sintering machine in Yanshan University, China.
