摘要: 将大变形弹塑性有限元法应用于金属板料冲压成形过程,在率形式的虚功原理下,并考虑金属塑性不可压缩的特性推导了有限元列式。在此有限元模型的基础上模拟冲压过程中伴随着的起皱现象,用方板对角拉伸、筒形件的起皱模拟验证了模型的正确性。

Abstract: The large-deforming elastic-plastic finite element method is introduced into sheet metal stamping process. Based on the rate-form principle of virtual work, and considered of the property of which metal can not be compressed, the formulation of FEM model is deduced. Based on this model, the phenomenon of wrinkling occurrence and development in the stamping process are simulated. Numerical results form two examples illustrate the model’s validity.
