摘要: 为了有效地进行有限元分析和评价分析结果,建立了基于知识的有限元分析系统。提出了有限元分析和以设计为中心虚拟制造(VM)系统的集成方法。该方法由三个步骤组成。基于产品数据管理系统,建立了以设计为中心VM系统,有限元分析和其他系统封装在该系统中。用IDEF1X方法描述了有限元分析的信息模型,根据该信息模型,实现了设计信息共享。用过程管理实现了有限元分析与以设计为中心VM系统的集成。结果表明,基于知识的有限元分析与以设计为中心VM系统的集成可有效地减少产品开发的时间和成本。

Abstract: To perform analyses and evaluate the results in an efficient way, a knowledge-based system for finite element analysis is developed. A systematic methodology that integrates finite element analysis into a design-centered virtual manufacturing (VM) system is presented. It consists of three steps. A design-centered VM system is constructed based on product data management, finite element analysis and other systems are encapsulated in the design-centered VM system. An IDEF1X information model of finite element analysis is described for design information sharing. The integration between finite element analysis and the design-centered VM system is implemented by a process management system. This methodology can reduce the time and cost of product development efficiently.
