摘要: 在齿轮耦合的转子-轴承系统中,有多种因素使系统产生非线性振动。,有多种因素使系统产生非线性振动。在考虑齿轮时变啮合刚度和齿面间摩擦力的情况下,使用谐波平衡法,研究了系统的动力特性,并用数值解对其结果进行了校对。研究发现,由于齿轮时变啮合刚度和齿面摩擦力的影响,即使没有不平衡质量引起的激励,系统也会产生振动;即使是单频激励,系统也会产生多频响应。

Abstract: In a rotor-bearing system geared, there are several nonlinear factors that may cause nonlinear vibration. Considering the time-varying mesh stiffness and friction between tooth pairs, the steady state response of the system is investigated by means of the harmonic balance method. The analytical results are verified by numerical simulation. It is showed that, because of the time-varying mesh stiffness and friction between tooth pairs, even if unbalance mass does not exist in the system, vibration may occur, moreover, even if the frequency of excitation is unique, multiple frequencies may arise in the response spectra of the system.
